The Southwest Papua Provincial Government is preparing two potential locations for the construction of their new office area in Sorong. Acting Governor Muhammad Musa’ad and six regents and mayors inspected the Kilometer 16 location at Wombik Stadium and Kilometer 18 at Pawibily Monument. The central government will ultimately decide which location is best, but the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing will conduct feasibility studies to assess the suitability of each site. Upon receiving approval, the construction process will begin. The acting governor remains optimistic that the program will run smoothly with the support of the six regents and mayors and the people.
