South Sumatra Police (South Sumatra) revealed evidence, namely a video recording of a member of the Lahat Police, namely Bripka IS alias Ismail (39) and the wife of an FP convict, IN alias Inka, when they were dating. The video was played by the Head of Public Relations South Sumatra Police Kombes Supriadi on his device.
Supriadi said the woman in white in the video is IN, the wife of the prisoner who was impregnated by the IS Brigadier. The video shows IN sitting on the edge of the bed, cleaning the feet of the IS Brigadier, who was in a sleeping position while joking.
“I don’t think there’s a place (it’s called being raped), because he himself cleaned his feet, toenails and toenails earlier than Brother Ismail,” Supriadi told reporters in Jakarta. South Sumatra Police, Palembang, South Sumatra, Monday (12/13/2021).
The video, he said, was taken when IN and Bripka IS met in a hotel room on Jalan Sudirman, Palembang. Supriadi said the two were dating. Bripka IS himself is already married.
“We can see that in the video that they were joking, where in the video you can see sister Inka (IK) cleaning Ismail (IS)’s nails while joking. Before finally reporting it to the South Sumatra Police. , because they have a special relationship, dating,” said Supriadi.
Supriadi revealed that the IS Brigadier and the inmate’s wife had been dating since early September 2021. Their meeting began when the IS Brigadier General helped the vehicle belonging to IS that broke down.
Supriadi said that at that time Bripka IS knew that IN had been divorced three times by the husband he married in a serial manner, namely Tanjung Batu prison prisoner, Ogan Ilir, named FP. To note, it was FP who reported this case to Propam.
“Their courtship relationship (IS and IN) has been around since September 2021. Because at the beginning of September, Bripka Ismail found out that Brother Fajar (FP) had handed down triple talaq against IN, who was married in a serial manner, as evidenced by the voice recording recorded by IN,” he said.
For his act of dating another woman, while already legally married, the IS Brigadier General was sentenced to disciplinary action. The sanctions are detention for 21 days and postponement of promotion.
“So this is being processed because the reported person has a legal wife, he does not maintain ethics or norms in the police, already has a wife but is in contact with other people. This is not adultery because the one reporting it is not his wife,” he said.
