The historic “white flag”

A major South Korean business newspaper reported the news on Dec. 10 with almost the same headline on its front page.

“It’s a historic event when you think about labor management issues in South Korea.”

The Korean newspaper’s editorial team said on December 9:

Cargo Solidarity conducted a nationwide “union membership vote” that day, and 62% voted to lift the “strike” and return to work.

“It was unthinkable that Freight Solidarity would collapse under government pressure,” he said.

What is Solidarity Loading? what was the problem this time?

First, what kind of organization is Cargo Solidarity? Since then, the conflict with the government began.

The official name of Cargo Solidarity is Confederation of National Trade Unions (KCTU) Public Transportation Workers Union Cargo Solidarity.
