Young people in South Korea (South Korea) has prepared itself if war breaks out with North Korea (North Korea). One of them was made by Kim Jung-ho who had prepared survival equipment at his house.
The 30 year old man felt that his equipment was enough for 72 hours in an emergency.
In addition to water and emergency food such as dry rice, Kim prepared maps and a compass in case basic infrastructure such as cell phone networks and public transportation fail.
Kim even packed a protective vest and gas mask. Kim believed that he would have better prepared himself in case South Korea’s military defense equipment was insufficient. In addition, Kim is one of 3.1 million military reserve soldiers.
“I live in the heart of Seoul. The thought that everything could be lost in an instant with just one missile makes my skin crawl,” said the graduate student.
