Several high-ranking world countries were also present in Indonesia. The President of South Korea and the Prime Minister of Japan have arrived in Indonesia. Instead of using an electric car, the two East Asian country officials used a conventional car.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport on Tuesday (5/7/2023). After exiting the Boeing 747-8 aircraft, the President of South Korea was greeted with a dance. After watching the dance, Yoon Suk Yeol entered a black sedan.
The car that the President of South Korea was traveling in was not an electric car. The black car was a Mercedes-Benz. From the side silhouette, it seems that the Mercy used by the President of South Korea is the presidential car of the Mercedes-Benz S 600 Guard. The car is the same as Joko Widodo’s presidential official car.

The Boeing 777-300ER plane that was boarded by the Japanese PM arrived on Tuesday (5/7/2023) evening. Getting off the plane, the Japanese PM was also greeted with dancing. After watching the welcoming dance, the Japanese PM was picked up by a large SUV.
The SUV is the Toyota Land Cruiser. However, not the latest Land Cruiser 300, but the previous generation Land Cruiser 200.
The Land Cruiser 200 is equipped with a 4,500 cc 1VD-FTV DOHC Diesel Twin Turbo V8 engine. This machine has a maximum power of 235 PS at 3,200 rpm with a maximum torque of 628 Nm at 1,800-2,200 rpm. This Land Cruiser uses a 4×4 drive. Power is channeled through a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Meanwhile, during the ASEAN Summit the Indonesian government provided electric cars for state officials to use. Starting from the BMW i7 to the Hyundai Ioniq 6, they are used to pick up heads of state.
