South Korean emergency relief team rescues 2 more survivors of Turkey earthquake

The South Korean government’s emergency relief team rescued two more survivors at the site of the devastating earthquake in the Turkiye Antakya region on the 11th (local time). Provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Government emergency relief teams dispatched to the site of the earthquake in Turkiye rescued two survivors on the 11th (local time).

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 12th, the emergency relief team rescued one survivor at 7:18 pm and 8:18 pm on the 11th in the Turkiye Antakya region.

The survivors, a 17-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman, were rescued from the same building. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, “The man is unconscious, but the woman is in good health.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, “Emergency relief teams have rescued eight survivors since the start of rescue operations.”
