The Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) today revealed that in the past 24 hours South Korea has found 424 more COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of cases to 91,240, while seven more deaths have been reported, bringing the total death toll from COVID-19. Of the newly diagnosed cases, 117 are in Seoul and 177 in Gyeonggi Province.
There were 23 more cases of infection coming from abroad, bringing the total number of infected people coming from abroad at 7,129.
The number of healed people increased by 462, bringing the total to 82,162, while the recovered rate was 90.05%.
Xinhua news agency reported that South Korea tested for COVID-19 More than 6.75 million people have been sent and found 6,600,571 people with negative results, while 60,089 are pending results.
Since the inception of the COVID-19 vaccination program Nationwide, on Feb. 26, South Korea had vaccinated approximately 154,421 people nationwide.
