Koninklijke Horeca Nederland is happy with the leaked advice from the Outbreak Management Team, which states that the catering and culture sector can open again until 8 p.m. That says a spokesperson for KHN in a response. The reopening will then take place under strict conditions. This concerns, for example, a limited number of visitors, the use of corona tickets and mandatory seating.
KHN has recently argued that catering establishments should be able to let guests in until 10 p.m. With the closing time of 20:00, as advised by the OMT, the night catering industry will remain closed for the time being, says KHN.
“There is still no prospect for entrepreneurs who still have to keep their business closed, for example Clubs & Nightlife companies, or who have little or no income,” writes Koninklijke Horeca Nederland, who also points out that hotels and caterers with the new measures are still in dire straits.
