Source – Cleveland Browns are preparing to add Katherine Reich, vice president of football operations for the Philadelphia Eagles, to the front office

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns are expected to hire Kathryn Reich, current CEO of the Philadelphia Eagles, in their front office, a league source told ESPN, confirming multiple reports.

As vice president of football operations for the Eagles, Reich was already the most senior executive in women’s football in the NFL.

Reich, 33, previously worked with Brown’s general manager Andrew Berry in Philadelphia.

ESPN Cleveland was the first to report Brown’s interest in Raiche, who could fill the role of assistant general manager in Cleveland’s front office, vacated by Kwesi Adofo-Mensah. The Minnesota Vikings named Adofo-Mensah their general manager in January.

A Montreal native, Reich spent five years in the Canadian Football League, including overseeing football operations for the Toronto Argonauts, before joining the Eagles in 2019 as football operations coordinator/players coordinator. That same year, Perry joined the Eagles as vice president of football operations.

Shortly after Berry left the Browns to become general manager in 2020, Raiche was promoted to Berry’s old position in 2021, where he worked in career and college scouting, contract management, player/staff development and football research.

The Browns have a history of hiring women for key positions, most notably Kaley Brownson, who is now the team’s chief of staff and assistant receptionist.
