The full-contact Nord Lot Boxing chaired by Jacques Castagné offers two open days on Saturday June 12 and 26.
Two days for all ages, from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. where the association’s activities will be presented by the leaders and animators: American boxing (boxing, foot, fist) and associated disciplines; shotokan karate; cardio boxing with various workshops, without body weight equipment (Tabata, HIIT, EMOM…), with equipment (Kettle, rower, bike, rope, TRX…); aero-boxing (technical movements without contact on a musical rhythm), at the end of the day.
The leaders and the animation team will be happy to welcome the public in accordance with the strict hygiene rules in force and the barrier gestures defined by the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports.
