Sospehoso shouts “Kanye 2024” during violent attack – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW YORK – A man suffered a broken hand among other injuries during a possible hate crime last week inside Central Park, police said.

The alleged attacker, who exclaimed “Kanye 2024” after making anti-Semitic remarks, struck the victim in the back on Wednesday evening at around 7.30pm, according to authorities.

Police said the 63-year-old victim was walking by Terrace Drive yes East Avenue as the unknown alleged attacker approached, he punched the man, knocking him to the ground.

In addition to a broken hand, the NYPD said the man broke a tooth after falling to the ground.

The police department released photos of the alleged suspect days after the attack. The suspect left the area on his bicycle, hitched to a trailer with a sign reading “Hungry Handicapped”.

Police are looking for a man in his forties of average build, last seen wearing a brown jacket, beige trousers, white sneakers and a multicolored hat.

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been convicted of recent anti-Semitic rants. He recently posted an image of a swastika on Twitter, which resulted in his suspension from the platform.
