Away from the comedy, the Egyptian artist Bayoumi Fouad was able to attract everyone’s attention to him, by participating in the starring of the series “Betrayal Ahad” with the Egyptian artist Yousra, when he performed, which caused the audience to cry in some scenes.

In an interview with “Al Arabiya.net”, Bayoumi Fouad spoke about his participation in the “Betrayal Ahd” series, stressing that this is not the first time that he has presented serious roles far from the comedy, especially since he is keen to have diversity so as not to be classified as an actor. Comedian, but Egyptians are known for their lightness, so they always talk about him as a comedian.

Fouad explained that this matter does not make him angry, he just initially liked not to be classified, except that his presentation of a large number of comic works made the comedy his stadium, so he always wanted to bet on his mastery to provide tragedy and other dramatic colors, and believes that he succeeded in betting. Although there were some great comedians who tried to present different colors, they unfortunately were not good at it.

Bayoumi Fouad spoke about his dramatic looks this year, stressing that the series “Two in the Box” was filmed a long time ago, while his appearance in the series “Men of the House” came as a priori, because there is a group when you participate in any work where the appearance of Bayoumi Fouad is taken for granted. .
Fouad emphasized that when there is work for Ahmed Fahmy, Akram Hosni and director Ahmed El-Gendy, he must participate in it, because of the great understanding between them, even if his appearance is small.

His cooperation with Yusra comes after the matter was delayed since 2015, when he was offered this, but due to his commitment to photographing other works he had to apologize.
However, he participated with her in a movie that had not been shown yet, and she spoke about it very well, stressing that she liked to work together in the drama, which was achieved in the series “Betrayal Ahd.”
He pointed out that the role was a challenge for him in order to present it with a special quality, so he sat with the director Sameh Abdel Aziz and the author to do a formulation of the role.
And he considered that he did not expect the role to achieve all this success, but the surprise to him in the reaction of the public, is that they treated him as if he was providing a serious role for the first time.

Why did the series “Men of the House” not receive the public acclaim? Bayoumi Fouad had to answer this question as one of the series’ heroes, to actually admit that the series was not up to the expectations of the public, considering that the Corona virus crisis caused the entire series to be completely changed.
Especially since there were external scenes that did not take place, what caused the series to turn into something like a sitcom, and they always had the question, “We will shoot Fein?”, And in front of that they had to choose between continuing or stopping the filming, and they had a suggestion that the series be 15 episodes Only, but ultimately for productive reasons they had to continue, especially since the business had been marketed and sold.

Fouad revealed that the series turned to sketches, and there is no dramatic streak that events unfold according to him, and all scenes are at home, as there was a problem in the scenario they were trying to solve, and the actors were afraid of Corona’s disease.
The same series was subjected to the series “Betrayal of the Covenant”, which affected the Corona crisis, and travel was replaced in it, but the series contained a dramatic streak through which they walked.
I courageously admonished Fouad, saying, “The series is not satisfactory, I am with the excuse of the people … For every horse, we are sorry, we are not running and we are running … We were ridiculous and blood was saying … but by God the Almighty everything changed and was in trouble and a lot of terror.”

His son’s crisis with a curfew
Two days ago, everyone was surprised by the son of the artist, Bayoumi Fouad, confirming that his father was involved in his detention in one of the security ambushes due to the violation of the curfew, which was commented on by Bayoumi Fouad, because his son participated in the exercise in the series “Men of the House”.
They are still filming the work at the moment, so Bayoumi Fouad stipulated that he obtain a permit in order to deal with security ambushes during the curfew period, especially since he believes that any security person has the right to hold him accountable for violating the curfew.
He therefore obtained a permit for him and his son Muhammad, but what happened on this day was Muhammad’s laziness to go home, which prompted Dayoum Fouad to inform the ambush that the young man in the car behind him would claim to be his son, and they should not believe him.
Indeed, his son was detained in the ambush and almost paid a fine to break the embargo, before he then sent his permit, until he learned of that.
