SORBA EDV AG is a leading service company in Switzerland and offers industry-specific ERP software solutions for the construction industry. Our customers are primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for which we develop, install and support software solutions.

tasks
- As an important contact person on site, you give our customers (focus Region of Bern, Solothurn and Aargau) Information about the possible uses of the software, with a focus on the software modules in the field of accounting.
- From keep in touch to existing customers.
- You take care of that project management for the introduction of new customers and supervise their work with our program on an ongoing basis. You install the software, configure and set up the appropriate PC workstations.
- As new features are introduced, you will be responsible for coordinating customer updates and conducting on-sitetraining courses responsible for customers.
- With growing experience, you will actively participate in the development of ERP applications and create valuable ones training concepts and documents.
- You are responsible for that Acquisition of new customersto expand SORBA’s market share in the Bern, Solothurn and Aargau region and to develop a customer portfolio through the acquisition of identified prospects.

qualification
- you have one commercial or technical training
- You know the various business processes (order processing, flow of goods, accounting, human resources management, etc.) and accounting terms such as cost accounting, asset accounting or VAT accounting are no foreign words for you.
- you speak fluently German (mother tongue). French an advantage.
- You love to travel and enjoy challenges.
- You have excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- You are a communicative and outgoing person who is used to structured and independent work.
- You are not afraid of contact when it comes to learning computer installation knowledge and methodical didactic tasks
