Román Haug has been a Roma player since January 2022 after transferring from LSK Kvinner. She then became the club’s most expensive sale ever.

Now the 24-year-old is ready for games in England. It confirms club on Wednesday.

She gets suit number 10.

– It is a club with long traditions and high ambitions. I hope I can contribute to many goals this season, and I have a lot of faith that the team will have a good season, she says to the club’s website.

Liverpool are currently not among the very best on the women’s side in England. The team moved up to the Women’s Super League in 21/22 and finished seventh last season, a whopping 35 points behind league champions Chelsea.

The attacking player from Kløfta has eight goals in 11 international matches for Norway.

Three of them came when she scored a hat trick in the group stage match against the Philippines in the World Cup this summer.

13 of 20 goals were via the head in her Roma period.
