After eleven years, Sophia Loren has returned to a role in a full-length film. The Italian actress will star in a new Italian movie from Netflix that will be released on November 13, Deadline reports.

La vita davanti a sé, that’s the name of the film in which the 83-year-old Loren will be screened. The film is directed by her son Edoardo Ponti. Loren himself plays a Jewish woman who survived the Holocaust and takes the children of prostitutes under her wing. “When my son proposed to play that role it was like a dream come true. I immediately grabbed the opportunity with both hands ”, said Loren.
The actress was last seen in a full-length film in 2009. Loren did have a role in a TV movie a year later and she worked on a short film in 2014.
