Pierre Cuny had announced it: the gateway to Europe should be accessible to the public in December, and will be illuminated for the Christmas holidays. The works are going well, nothing should therefore disturb this opening. It could even be that the work will host the passage of the Telethon on December 3, and that it will be put into operation on December 8 or 9. Pedestrians and cyclists will share this 140 m footbridge without support.
