It is not yet known exactly what that entails, although there was already one earlier this year special website came online. The first Final Fantasy game was released on the Famicon (NES) on December 18, 1987, so the series will be thirty-five years old at the end of this year.
The company also said it has high hopes for Final Fantasy 16. A new trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 5 game should be shown sometime soon.
