Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Justice has announced the modification of some articles of the executive regulation of the implementation system, with the aim of obtaining prompt justice and rapid delivery of the amounts to the beneficiaries, who have asked for their shares and debts.
The changes included: the annulment of paragraph 56/1 of the executive regulation, which are the accounts mentioned in this article, relating to the execution funds, and whose management is controlled by the head of the execution court, or the judge of the execution, as the case may be.
In addition to amending the establishment of one or more administrative units in the Ministry of Justice; Supervise and manage accounts, carry out bills of exchange and financial and banking regulations, control and process data, financial control, issue checks and all powers necessary for their work.
