Sony Interactive Entertainment will become the full owner of the Canadian game studio Haven Entertainment Studios, according to a press release. The financial details are secret.
The acquisition comes after Sony made its first investment in Haven in March last year. The acquired business employs 60 people and is led by gaming veteran Jude Raymond. She is one of the creative brains behind the game success Assassins Creed.
Haven will be added to Playstation Studios, which now includes a total of 18 game studios under it.
