Sony: ‘PlayStation 5 runs most PlayStation 4 games’ | NOW

Most PlayStation 4 games will soon also be playable on the PlayStation 5. Sony confirms that on one web page.

“The vast majority of the more than four thousand PS4 games will soon be playable on PS5 consoles,” the company said.

Some titles would also be playable with a new Game Boost mode. This increases the amount of frames per second, making them look smoother than on the PlayStation 4.

Sony warns that not all features from older games will work on the PlayStation 5. In addition, there is a chance that some games will show errors on new equipment.

A list contains ten games that do not work on the system. It’s all about DWVR, Afro Samurai 2, Volume One, TT Isle of Man, Just Deal With It, Shadow Complex Remastered, Robinson: The Journey, We Sing, Hitman Go: Definitive Edition, Shadwen in Joe’s Diner.

The new Sony game console will be in stores from November this year. In the same month, the Xbox Series X and S will also appear, with which Microsoft will compete.
