Recent leaks suggested that this week we will get to know the details of the new offer from Sony. It turned out to be true. The company already officially presents its solutions for PlayStation Plus.

Sony is going to connect the PlayStation Plus service to the PlayStation Now serviceso they will be covered by one (common) subscription. Reports that the new offer will be divided into three levels also turned out to be true. as indicated by the official announcement.

- PlayStation Plus Essential
Basic level. It guarantees the benefits known from the current PlayStation Plus. Two games a month to download, discounts, access to cloud saves and online play. There is no change here.
The price remains the same as the current price for PlayStation Plus.

“Intermediate” level. Provides version benefits Essentialand additionally contains a catalog of games. A specific number is falling – “up to 400 productions” on PS4 and PS5. Speech min. about games from the PlayStation Studios catalog, as well as those authored by external developers.

- PlayStation Plus Premium – the package is available in those markets where PlayStation Now is available, so it does not apply to Poland.
The most expensive level. Keeps all properties of previous packages and “adds” something else, which is 340 games. The catalog of titles known from PS3 will be available via streaming. We will also find classic productions from PS2, PSP or the “first” PlayStation, which will be available for download or also via streaming. In addition, we will gain access to trial versions of games and we will gain the possibility of streaming games.
Cost in Europe is € 16.99 per month / € 49.99 quarterly / € 199.99 per year.

Due to the fact that the PlayStation Now service does not cover our market, Sony has prepared an alternative – PlayStation Plus Deluxe. The package will be correspondingly cheaper than PlayStation Plus Premium, but will keep all previous benefits (except streaming).
