Sony Introduces PlayStation Project Q and Wireless In-Ear Headphones for Gamers

Sony at a recent event introduced two devices – the PlayStation Project Q and in-ear headphones for gamers.

The company is expected to reveal details about the launch of the PlayStation Project Q and mystery headphones in the coming weeks. But the FCC (Federal Trade Communications Commission) documentation has confirmed some interesting details. The headset will offer gamers a noise-canceling feature that will help them completely disconnect from the outside world and focus solely on the gaming process. The package will include a USB receiver, so, apparently, the device will connect to a PC.

The PlayStation is developing a project codenamed “Nomad” and it is expected that the headphones will provide up to five hours of play on a single charge, while the case doubles as a charging station. The device, according to the official description, will provide immersion in the game of a new generation:

“Enjoy next-generation sonic immersion on PS5 or PC with the first ever wireless in-ear headphones designed by PlayStation. In addition, new wireless technology delivers lossless, low-latency audio for superior sound quality while gaming. When connected to a gaming device, the in-ear headphones can simultaneously connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth.
