The official PlayStation website has a new page dedicated to games that out on PC.
Here you can find all the titles that were once exclusive to the PlayStation, among them: Days Gone, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn and others. Information about future releases is also provided.

Despite the announcement of the PC version of The Last of Us Part 1, the game is not on the list yet. Most likely it will be released in 2023.
Sony previously announced that by 2025, half of all PlayStation releases will be on PC and mobile platforms (when possible). And just this year, Sony expects to earn decent $ 300 million from PC releases.
