We are currently living in a post PS5 and Series X price and date reveal time, but of course a lot more has happened beyond that! And as always JJ will go through the hardest news with you in this new edition of the GK Journaal. Including news about a new Assassin’s Creed and Splinter Cell game. Only then slightly different than you would expect …
Is Final Fantasy XVI now console exclusive or temporarily exclusive …
JJ had planned it that way. He wanted to make a GK Journaal without PS5 news. Because for that you can watch the video with the afterthought of the PlayStation Showcase see. Until we came across news about Final Fantasy XVI on the internet just after recording the Showcase item. Or rather an adjustment. There is a small, but not entirely unimportant difference in the trailer that was shown during the Playstation Showcase yesterday and the trailer that is now online on the official Playstation account. And that small difference could just have a big impact.
An island full of cheaters
Who would not want that? Tackle cheaters. Those jerks always know how to find a way in an online multiplayer game to bottle things up. Aimbots, X-ray Vision, Floating or fast running. It all comes along. Most game developers, if they did anything at all, hand out a lax temporary ban. Doesn’t scare anyone. Developer Mediatonic and publisher Devolver Digital think differently. They have found a way to tackle all hackers in the game Fall Guys. It’s not even that annoying way. The hackers can still play the game. But, in a way that they are no longer a burden to the honest players. Check the GK Journaal to find out what Mediatonic has done exactly.
