Sony and Honda will produce electric cars together. The first in three years

Sony is mainly associated with the electronics and entertainment industries, however, at the CES in Las Vegas, which took place earlier this year, the Japanese presented the concept of an electric SUV called Vision-S 02which complemented the older Vision-S EV concept.

This includes information that the two companies will set up a separate company to focus on the production of electric cars. While Sony is expected to contribute its knowledge of automotive software development, Honda will primarily provide production capacity and the necessary know-how. The joint venture will then be in charge of planning, development, design and sales.
