Sony Alpha 7 IV Specially Designed For Hybrid Shooters

Selular.ID – Sony Indonesia has officially launched the Alpha 7 IV camera, designed for various users who want to delve into photography and videography, with a digital mirrorless camera.

Sony Alpha 7 IV is supported by an Exmor R ™ CMOS image sensor combined with the latest BIONZ XR ™ processing engine, so that the Alpha 7 IV has a performance capable of producing a resolution of 33 MP. with an interchangeable lens (model ILCE-7M4), which has the latest 33-megapixel (approx. effective) full-frame image sensor.

The Alpha 7 IV features 10-bit depth 4:2:2 color sampling to allow natural gradation, XAVC SI intra-frame encoding for a more efficient editing workflow and XAVC HS for twice the compression efficiency.

To meet the need for precise AF performance when shooting video, unique AF features are achieved when using the Alpha 7 IV with a Sony E-mount lens, including AF Assist which supports focus transition when using AF and Focus Map which visualizes depth of field.

“For the first time in the Alpha series, this new camera features Breathing Compensation to combat focus breathing and maintain a consistent angle of view during focus changes and can be turned on or off,” explains Koji.

Videographers can shoot continuous 4K 60p 10-bit 4:2:2 video for over an hour thanks to the camera’s heat-absorbing structure. Optical ‘Active Mode’12 image stabilization helps for optimal video recording.
