Steam game card Sons of the Forest – following The Forest from 2018, which should debut on PCs in October this year – has become available until insight. Thanks to this, we learned some interesting details about the upcoming title. In Sons of the Forest you will be able to play alone or in cooperation mode. At the moment, it is not known whether the game will debut on consoles (first part got a PS4 port).
The rumors that we were to witness in the title were confirmed cycle of seasons. W steam description Sons of the Forest we read:
In spring and summer, catch and then pluck fresh salmon directly from the stream. Collect and store meat for the cold winter months.
You are not alone on this island, so when the snow falls and food and resources become scarce, you will not be the only one to go out looking for food.

Gameplay in Sons of the Forest is supposed to be extremely immersive. The steam description says:
Feel every interaction. Break sticks to light a fire. Use the ax to cut a window or floor. Build a small cottage or seaside complex – the choice is yours.

There are no NPCs in the gamewhich – as the authors themselves describe them – “bark your orders” or “commission missions that you do not want to perform”. Instead, “you decide what happens.”
According to the game’s steam characteristics, our goal in Sons of the Forest will be finding a billionaire who has gone missing on a mysterious island dominated by bloodthirsty cannibalistic creatures from hell.
