“Sons of the Forest Patch 06: Increased Difficulty and New Features Added”

Sons of the Forest received patch marked with the number 06. It introduces a number of novelties and eliminates many errors and other production shortcomings. Anyone interested can download and test it now.

The list of published changes is quite enigmatic and does not reveal too many details.

1. Another level of difficulty appeared – hard survival. If you decide to play in this mode, you will have to take into account the lower availability of food and the character’s greater sensitivity to cold. Also, when you load the game, supplies will no longer appear in chests again.
2. Added the ability to collect stone and transforming it into structural elements such as walls or columns.
3. The upgraded log sledge can now be used to transport resources such as logs and bones.

In addition, the game has received a significant number of fixes. They concern e.g. visual improvements for some objects – for example, unboiled water in a pot was set in motion. Interestingly, the next update is to appear in 27 days (until now, the frequency was 2-3 weeks). So it’s possible that the developers from Endnight Games are preparing something bigger for the players.
