A social influencer has appealed against the sentence he received.
Sonja Aiello has appealed the assault sentence he received to the Helsinki Court of Appeal. It is not yet known whether the Court of Appeal will grant permission for further processing.
In October, Aiello was sentenced in the Helsinki District Court to a 60-day fine for assault, which makes his income 3,240 euros. In addition to this, Aiello has to pay compensation to the victim, the rapper William ie To Ville Virtan Compensation of 1,000 euros.

The case was about a dispute between an unmarried couple at the time. Aiello and William, argued in the early morning hours of October 30, 2021 at their shared apartment. According to the verdict, Aiello hit William in the corner of the eye with his phone.
Aiello has denied that he committed the crime.
The judgment is therefore not yet legally binding.
