During the opening of gamescom 2023, we can expect more news about Sonic Superstars. Will we finally get a release date?
It’s almost gamescom time again. The famous event kicks off on Tuesday Opening Night Live, a Geoff Keighley showcase highlighting several upcoming titles. Yesterday it was announced that the promising action-adventure Sonic Superstars has been added to the line-up.
We don’t know exactly what we’re going to see yet. It is of course the case that no release date has been announced for this new Sonic title yet, so maybe we will hear it during Opening Night Live. Whatever news is announced, our beloved speed demon deserves nothing less than a true “world premiere”.
Sonic Superstars is the latest addition to an intriguing line-up. We also get to see a new trailer for Mortal Kombat 1, presented by Ed Boon. Other games that come by include Alan Wake 2, Crimson Desert and Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. We certainly don’t want to miss this showcase!
Can’t attend Opening Night Live in Cologne? Don’t worry: the FOMO is kept to a minimum. The event can simply be followed digitally via the official channels of gamescom.
