Songwriting camp “RigaLive” is becoming more and more international

The tenth “RigaLive” songwriting camp has come to an end, in which 34 participants from eight countries took part this time.

The tenth “RigaLive” session was attended by musicians, authors and music producers from Latvia, as well as Sweden, Georgia, Great Britain, Japan, the Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia and Hungary. On the eve of the second day, 22 demo records of new songs were made, which, as the experts admitted, mostly sounded very close to radio quality material – in creative and technical performance high

One of the partners of “RigaLive”, songwriter and player Olivers Patocka from Budapest, says: “The choice of partners was great! It is always difficult to build successful teams and the team must -organization to take care of many aspects, but I think they did a great job, as can be seen from the songs we created at the camp. Although there were many participants, the atmosphere was like a big family – well I was lucky to be a part of two songs that will be released next year. I am very grateful for the experience!

Since the first “RigaLive” camp, which took place in September 2017, 238 participants from 18 countries have participated in this platform. In total, more than 200 songs were created, of which 59 were published.
