A report from the Sunday newspaper Cuarto Poder revealed that the son of Judge María Vidal La Rosa Sánchez, president of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, would be the victim of a regulation by the General Directorate of Intelligence (Digimin) of the Ministry of the Interior.
The court headed by Judge La Rosa is processing around 800,000 cases and many of them involve politicians.
Images from the security cameras of the building where Rubén Darío Gómez Vidal, the judge’s son, lives, revealed how a red vehicle is placed in front of a parked taxi. From inside, two Digimin agents come out and take photos of his car.

This was confirmed by Jesús Gómez, the building’s janitor who saw how the agents recorded Gómez Vidal’s car with a cell phone.
According to the complaint made by the injured party, the car in which the agents were traveling had the license plate F1H-029. After making the inquiry, it became clear that the vehicle is the property of intelligence agent Jhonny Moises Rojas Huavil.
