Son Heung-min Wins EPL Player of the Month Award for the Fourth Time

Son Heung-min received the English Premier League (EPL) Player of the Month award. This is the fourth time in total that Son Heung-min has received this award.

The EPL Secretariat announced on the 13th that Son Heung-min (31, Tottenham) was selected as Player of the Month for September. Son Heung-min performed outstandingly in September. He scored a hat trick in the EPL 4th round match against Burnley on the 2nd of last month, leading the team to a 5-2 victory. He scored two goals in the 6th round against Arsenal, and then scored one goal against Liverpool. He scored 6 goals in 4 league games in September. Son Heung-min received the Player of the Month award in September 2016, April 2017, and October 2020. This is the first award in three years.
