With Jo So-hyun’s joining, Tottenham has the captains of both the Korean men’s and women’s national soccer teams.
Son Heung-min joined Tottenham in the 2015-2016 season and is playing an active part as the team’s ace, scoring the 100th goal for Tottenham on the 2nd and 150th in his career in the European professional stage.
Cho So-Hyun debuted at the Suwon Facility Management Corporation in 2009, went through Hyundai Steel, and then entered the overseas league for the first time wearing a Kobe Ai Nak (Japan) uniform in 2016.
In 2018, he played for Avalsnes (Norway), and in 2019, he joined West Ham, followed by Ji So-yeon (Chelsea), and entered the WSL as the second Korean.
