When Leni spends time outside with her friends this summer, of course she also wants a cold drink. The way there does not lead you to a bar, as you might think, but always to the discounter first, for example to buy the cheapest soda. Eating or drinking out is actually never an option. She always calculates her budget very precisely at the beginning of the month in order to be able to plan her finances. She has a total of around 300 euros available for this. Unequal financial worries
After graduating from high school and moving out with her parents, she was quite taken by surprise by this whole procedure. In the supermarket in particular, she repeatedly had problems understanding how some prices are structured and why such mundane things as oven cleaners are just so expensive.

“On the one hand I think to myself, I may not have that much, but I make the best of it. Sometimes there is a feeling of envy when friends tell me that they can go on vacation all the time and that I just can’t do it like that. Me thinks it would be cool if the inequalities weren’t so great. “
