“Something happened to me that was very ugly”

At the end of 2023, Silvina Escudero He generated concern with a series of messages that he decided to share on his Instagram account. Now, after undergoing abdominal surgery and choosing to start the year without work, the media gave a note to Intruders (América TV, Monday to Friday at 12:30), where he spoke about his present.

“I took the summer, after 21 summer seasons working. “Here we are, recovering, recharging energy.”Silvina began by telling us, from Punta del Este, Uruguay.

Regarding his health, he explained: “Something happened to me that was very ugly. I had a bad time. And I shared it with my inner circle, it was very personal, private.”

Choosing not to give many more details about what happened to her, she continued: “I feel super loved, supported. On my networks they write to me a lot and ask me questions out of empathy. But Just as all my life I told everything that happened to me, I decided to keep this to myself. I can’t externalize it. And I’m still not in a position to be able to do it. Hopefully at some point I can tell them, from another place, having already gone through it.”

“If I tell it, I would like to do it with a lesson. Because if I talk about that today I’m going to cry my eyes out,” Silvina continued, in dialogue with Florencia de la Ve and panelists from the show series.

“The day I tell it, I want to do it with a path traveled and with the topic matured,” he reaffirmed.

And then, with a broken voice, Silvina highlighted: “Life is sometimes hard. We all live very cruel moments. And I think the most valuable thing is to see how we take it, and over time understand the why, the how… Although it is very difficult.”

Highlighting the support of her sister Vanina in this difficult moment, she noted: “With Vanina we always say ‘since life is complicated, let’s try to give it the best vibe we can.’ When we are together we give it a vibe, because sometimes it is difficult. But For a while I couldn’t make it cool, sometimes I couldn’t.

For her part, Silvina highlighted that she is in a great moment with her partner, whom she married at the end of 2022.

“On the days he was resting, he accompanied me, he was present… Obviously he is sad too and it was bad. But he wants to change his attitude and not talk about it. And I don’t, In order to go through it, I have to talk about it with my family, with my loved ones.”

Regarding the enigmatic messages he shared on networks, he explained: “I also distanced myself from networks, where I am very active. I didn’t have the will. And I started posting phrases, I am a lot of phrases, they give me confidence. And then they started to wonder. I didn’t want to hide that something was happening to me. They were phrases that my friends shared with me, common phrases, typical… That came out to me.”

And he closed with a reflection: “Life is often unfair, but you can’t stay there. You have to try to get the best and try to understand why, accept it and transmute that energy. Every morning I make the decision to give him my best good will. Sometimes you can’t and that’s okay. But little by little you will have good days and the time that you are bad will be less.”
