Hello. I have the following case study:
I have a Postbank credit card. On Saturday, a significant amount of money disappeared from my account, about BGN 850. I have been on the phone two days in a row with their employees who assure me that my problem will be resolved within the day.
The officials in question, seeing the movement on my account, agree with me that my balance should definitely not be what it is at the moment. On Tuesday evening, after another phone call from me, their employee answered that I was not their only customer with a similar problem and that they were working on the problem.
I have not received any feedback from the bank so far, there is no bulletin or any information on their website. I believe that a serious bank like “Postbank” should, in such problems, come out with some information on the matter.
