Fake signatures on the “4 Polo per l’Italia” and “Pignalberi president” lists, two lawyers under investigation.
The lists were in support of Fabrizio Pignalberi, candidate for president of the Lazio Region.
Following the investigation launched by the prosecutor’s office in recent days, the investigations were closed. The lawyer Fabio Maria Vellucci and his colleague Simona Giuliani are under investigation. The first is accused, as a lawyer of the Latina bar, of having falsely authenticated the signatures reported in the lists for the election of the president of the Region and of the Lazio regional council of the political party “Pignalberi Presidente”.
The investigations revealed 271 false subscriptions out of a total of 1546. Similar position for Simona Giuliani, she is also part of the professional class. The woman was accused of having falsely authenticated hundreds of subscriptions in the list for the election of the president of the Region and of the Lazio Regional Council of the political party “4 Polo per l’Italia”.
The subsequent investigations were started by the men of the Operations Department of the Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Frosinone. More recently, in 2024, Fabrizio Pignalberi in March 2024 without any written or verbal authorization, explicit or implicit and in the absence of any signed document, conferred legal tasks (to promote fake and fraudulent appeals pursuant to Article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure in various Courts Italians in the hope of obtaining the blackout of the videos broadcast by ‘Le Iene’) for the benefit of his trusted political and legal partner Simona Giuliani who without signatures apocryphally gave them a semblance of legality to ‘Procure alle Liti’ which in reality did not exist by order to pay the costs and order from -Reti Televisive Italiane SpA- unsuspecting former political collaborators who were unaware of the existence of such Civil Procedures.
