On Thursday, BT and Aftenposten wrote about “Mathias”. The teenager hasn’t seen a doctor since he was a child and has never been to a dentist. In January 2022 he was found severely malnourished in an apartment in Bergen.
The legislation clearly states that children and young people have the right to free health services and that parents are obliged to contribute for children to participate in health checks.
