The last days of November will arrive, as well as the closing of 2023 and the inhabitants of the United States are waiting for economic help from the government. Americans with little monetary solvency are those who most need financial support from the country’s authorities.
Several states across the nation care about their residents and have decided to deliver stimulus checks. Before the end of this month, money will be distributed in Alabama, Arizona, Maryland, New York, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee and Texas.
All of these states have different arguments for selecting the people who will obtain finances. The same happens with the figures to be distributed, which will be different in each state.
The figures that will be delivered
The amounts are expected to be from $150.00 USD to $2,000.00 USD. The state of New York has one of the highest contributions, since citizens will collect from $500.00 USD to $1,000.00 USD. The population of Alabama will receive checks of $150.00 USD and $300.00 USD, while in Virginia payments of $200.00 USD to $400.00 USD are allocated.
In Florida it is planned to grant a contribution of $450.00 USD and Georgia will grant $250.00 USD. States set varying adjusted gross income (AGI) limits, but the average for married couples with joint tax returns is $150,000.00 USD.
The average AGI for those responsible for households is $112,500.00 USD and for singles it is $75,000.00 USD. Households with dependent members are entitled to tax credits. Almost all tax refunds will be made by Thursday, November 30 of the current year.
President Joe Biden’s administration has no intention of authorizing more stimulus checks at the federal level. The reason for this attitude is that the North American economy has improved after the impact of the Coronavirus.
