Unfortunately, some players report that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has a bug that prevents the game from finishing. This bug prevents you from seeing the last 15 minutes of the game. If you have collected murders from Medallions for Order, and report them with Hytham, sometimes it can happen that doing this the game crashes, ruining the story through dialogue and not activating the final scene. Basically what you have to do is not report any of the Order’s murders to Hytham until you have completed them all and also finished the Hamtunscir arce.

The reports in the ubisoft forum show that this flaw has been a problem on various platforms, and has been present since launch, without Ubisoft being able to detect it in time.
