Hopefully it will stay at the German cinema date on September 23rd. The sequel has been postponed often enough in the meantime. You can also find at the bottom the first movie poster attached.
++ Update from March 31, 2021: After Venom’s recent postponement by three months, corrected Sony again after. It goes back another week and so the new (US) theatrical release is September 24, 2021.
++ News from 02/30/2021: Venom – Let There Be Carnage was last dated June 24, 2021. Well pushes Sony the eagerly awaited sequel backwards. It’s going back by three months, with what Venom – Let There Be Carnage at the start of September. From September 17th Tom Hardy let the symbiote out again. The German start date has yet to be confirmed.
For Venom – Let There Be Carnage this is – as for many other films in the recent past – not the first postponement of the start date. And for Sony not the only one at the moment.
Next Venom – Let There Be Carnage pushes Sony also The Man from Toronto. The action comedy with Kevin Hart, Kaley Cuoco and Woody Harrelson should hit theaters in September. It should hit theaters in 2021, but wanted to set a specific date Sony but don’t let it be nailed down.
