Inhabitants of the Sindicatura of the Colonia Agrícola México, better known as Palmitas, Angostura, They joined together in a “Solidarity Campaign” to support the families who were affected by Storm Norma.
In the statement, the inhabitants of said union invited to donate from water to clothesfor the affected people.
“The Solidarity Campaign for the families affected by Hurricane Norma, in our community of Palmitas,” says the statement from the residents of Palmitas, Angostura.
Donations will be received in the building of the Palmitas Receivership from the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
The following products are requested at the collection center:
- Bottled water
- Nonperishable food
- Personal hygiene items
- Clothes and blankets
- Cleaning articles
It should be remembered that Palmitas is one of the receiverships that was most affected, due to the fact that the meteorological phenomenon «Norma» It would make landfall between Angostura and Guasave.
