As part of the enthusiastic, interdisciplinary team of Prof. Christian Bochmann advises family businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients on a wide range of corporate law and business continuity issues. In addition to planning advice, your areas of responsibility also include litigation before state courts and arbitration courts. You are also a communicator for complex restructuring, both nationally and cross-border.
