The aforementioned ‘Sunburst’ only impacted Solarwinds’ Orion platform, something that is not used by everyone who uses Solarwinds products.

The Serv-U mentioned here is ftp server software from Solarwinds, something that not everyone who uses Solarwinds products uses either.
