Solari: The Musician from Indio

In a post on his social networks, the musician said he was “tired” of the rumors about his financial situation.

Indio Solari broke the silence about his financial situation and talked about the money he earned in his careerboth as a soloist and in his previous stage as singer of the band Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota.

This Sunday the 74-year-old musician posted on his social networks a text entitled “Tired” where he affirms that he does not own property in New York “or anywhere in Europe”, and that he does not own a private plane either.

“Many of you, who love me well, say that I deserve and that the money they say there is well earned,” the post starts. And he adds: “Well, you know that I do not have properties in NY or in Paris or anywhere in Europe“.

“So too, I don’t have a private plane and I don’t live in the US and besides, I haven’t traveled anywhere for eight years“, closes the text of Solari, who in February of this year announced his final departure from the stage, afflicted with Parkinson’s disease.

The post is anchored in the fact that the rumor that El Indio would have an apartment in New York circulated more than once on social networks, especially since on some occasion he admitted his preference for New York streets.

“I am very sheltered in my family, and in my activity. Unlike other times, where I lived at night. I miss New York instead of missing Buenos Aires, because where I can go to live urban life with my wife and my son is there, if they don’t drive me crazy“, assured the musician years ago in an interview in 2011 for the magazine La Garganta Poderosa.
