Solar Storm: NASA Warns of Possible Disruption Due to ‘Rotation of the Sun’ Towards Earth

PRIANGAN ZONENASA has warned of the potential impact of the “rotating rotation of the Sun” created by Sun storm which is likely to hit Earth on December 11, 2021.

The agency said a coronal mass ejection (CME) plasma and magnetic fields escaped the Sun earlier this week and are being forecast on Saturday, December 11, 2021.

Dr Tamitha Skov, a space weather physicist, told the Express that CME this can cause minor disturbances in the southern hemisphere.

“Prediction NASA shows the recent eruption of the filaments appeared to deliver a fleeting blow to Earth’s south at the end of December 11. Mild disturbance is expected, but aurorae are possible at high latitudes with sporadic amateur radio and GPS problems on Earth’s night side,” Skov said.

Astronomers and space scientists say a warning NASA suggests that the recent eruption of the filaments is likely to deliver a “glimpse blow” south of Earth. There may be mild interference with radio and GPS services but the aurora, the natural display of light in Earth’s sky, may be visible in high altitude areas.

solar storm or CME is not a new phenomenon and occurs from time to time. When the Sun releases energy (plasma), it is accompanied by a magnetic field from its corona. They escape from the Sun and travel on the solar wind, which takes them to other parts of the solar system.

US Space Weather Prediction Center says CME can escape from the Sun at breakneck speed and reach Earth in just 15-18 hours. But NASA say CME was recently thrown to Earth on Monday.
