Reported from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), a solar eclipse occurs when the position of the Moon is in line with the Earth and the Sun so that it completely or partially obscures the view of the Earth from the Sun.

The moon’s shadow will fall on the Earth’s position according to its path and cause darkness for a while.

The process of the occurrence of a solar eclipse is gradual. As the Moon moves to cover the Sun, the last rays of the Sun will be seen passing through the valleys on the Moon until it is finally completely covered in total phase, leaving the rays of the solar corona that stick out from the Moon’s edge.

After that, the moon will shift until the sun looks whole again.
