Thiruvananthapuram: Complainant in solar harassment case says no further legal action will be taken against former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. No legal action has been taken given Oommen Chandy’s health condition. The complainant said she will go to court asking that the CBI report, which gave a clean pawn to the others, be dismissed.
Previously, Oommen Chandy and AP in the solar case. Abdullahkutty also received a clean statement from the CBI. The CBI filed a report to the Thiruvananthapuram CJM Court proving that there was no evidence. It was alleged that Oommen Chandy had harassed the complainant at Cliff House. But the CBI found it to be an unsubstantiated allegation.
