9-MONTH TURNOVER AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2024: +7.4% to €115.8M
Growth in the 3rd quarter: turnover +4.1% to €36.7 million
SOGECLAIR, provider of innovative solutions with high added value for more economical and safer mobility, today announces its turnover for the 9 months ended September 30, 2024.
Non-significant exchange rate variations over the period represent €0.0M compared to -€0.5M in 2023.
Revenue as of September 30, 2024 increased by 7.4%, increasing for the 14th consecutive quarter, despite an unfavorable base effect, particularly for the Solutions section.
Since 2023, we now present our turnover according to the location of our subsidiaries and no longer according to the location of our customers.
Business aviation (42.6% of turnover) grew by 19.4% and was driven in particular by North America, which grew by 31.3%. Europe is up 8.3%.
Commercial aviation (34.9% of turnover) is stabilizing (up slightly by +1.8%), driven by activities in North America.
Automotive (7.4% of turnover) is up 4.9% and defense (5.2% of turnover) is up strongly by 31.9%. The rail sector (6.1% of turnover) is in decline with a drop of 29.5% while the space sector (2.2% of turnover) is down slightly by 2.6%.
The good diversification of our markets and sectors makes it possible to support growth in a tense market context, particularly in commercial aviation and automobiles.

Note that it is the French and American establishments which benefit from the growth of the Asia-Pacific and European markets.
The investments in North America made in recent years are bearing fruit and allowing the Group to maintain its turnover growth.

As expected, over the financial year, the Solutions activities supported turnover growth, driven by the Equipment section while Engineering was stable.
Note, in Q3, growth of 4.1% to €36.7M is equally distributed across the two BUs.
The TOP 5 customers are made up of Airbus for 22.3% of turnover (stable at +0.6%), Dassault for 20.3% of turnover (up +7.0%), Bombardier for 13.0% of turnover (down -11.6%), Gulfstream for 7.9% of turnover (a very strong increase +162.2%) and Spirit Aerosystems for 6.8% of turnover (in sharp increase of +18.3%).

With growth of 7.4% at the end of September 2024, a balanced geographical distribution, the presence in a dynamic American market and a good diversification of its markets and its customers, SOGECLAIR, through its resilient model, confirms its confidence for a year 2024 continued sustained growth which reinforces the progress of the execution of its 2030 plan which targets €250M in turnover.
